HOW WE LEASE LAND
- LCACT determines that land (or a portion of it) that we own outright is suitable for farming
- We advertise that the property is available for lease in the Sakonnet Times and on our website. We also send notice to farmers on our email list.
- At a future board meeting, as indicated in the advertisement, we open the bids in public
- The board discusses the bids and awards the lease
