Welcome to the Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust
The Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust was established by voters at the 1986 Financial Town Meeting, according to the provisions of Chapter 16 of the Rhode Island Public Laws of 1985. The purpose of the "Ag Trust," as it is known, is to preserve farmland and open space in the town of Little Compton through outright land purchase, the purchase of development rights, or the receipt of donations of land or easements.
