George Mason, is employed as Chief of Staff for Rhode Island Majority Leader Daniel P. Connors and has served in various senior level executive positions at the Workers' Compensation Court, Attorney General's Office and former Governor Almond's Staff. In the private sector, he worked in the energy sector in the area of business development, acquisitions and work out.

William Richmond serves as vice chair of the Trust and represents the Little Compton Conservation Commission, which he also chairs. He joined the Trust in 2004 and is centrally involved in both acquisition negotiations and stewardship. Bill and his wife Karen, who was a board member for 10 years for the Sakonnet Preservation Association, grow hay on a 90-acre farm in Little Compton. He has spent summers in Little Compton since childhood and has resided full time since 1992.

Ellie Field joined the Trust in 2008. She has been a full-time resident of Little Compton since 1991 and has summered in town her entire life. She also serves as a Program Director at the Little Compton Community Center.

Pat Hagan became a Trust member in 2004 and serves as liaison with the Little Compton Planning Board, working to assure communication among the Planning Board, the Trust and the Town Council. She has been a summer resident since 1976 and has lived in the town full time since 1998. Pat also serves on the Rhode Island Historic Preservation and Heritage Commission and Preserve Rhode Island board.

Ed Maiato joined the trust in 2010. He is employed as senior project manager and an estimator for a construction company based in Massachusetts. Ed is also member of the Little Compton Conservation Commission, the Recreation, Conservation and Open Space Committee and the Little Compton Playground Committee. He has been a full time resident of Little Compton since 1992 where he lives with his wife and four children.

Wayne Montgomery has been a Trust member since 1997 and is an active farmer in Little Compton. He serves as Treasurer of the Trust and also heads the Stewardship committee, visiting Trust properties regularly to ensure that easements are being observed. Wayne is a lifelong resident of Little Compton.

David Wechsler joined the Trust in 2007. He has lived in Little Compton for 11 years and is involved in acquisition negotiations. David is a former Naval officer and is the president of Maritime International.
